ADR, Accredited Disability Representative is someone who:

Is a participant in the Demonstration Project as defined within the Social Security Protection Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-203 Section 303) and is thus eligible for Governmental fee withholding;

OR

Is a practicing Attorney in good standing with their local bar and meets or exceeds all non-examination requirements of the Demonstration Project as put forth in the Social Security Protection Act of 2003 (Public Law 108-203. Section 303);

AND

Is a member in good standing with the National Association of Disability Representatives?

AND

Affirms that he/she will abide by the Code of Ethics set forth herein;

AND

Has annually provided all necessary applications, documentation, and fees required for this designation.
